An interesting and eye opening read on climate change from BBC News this morning. We NEED to start taking this more seriously. Here’s one way that we can significantly reduce our environmental impact on the planet: EAT LESS MEAT. It’s a simple way to start. Try this: eat TWO LESS meat dishes per week. Just two. Start there, and then maybe go a bit further and inspire one other friend to do the same. In creating this relatively small change you will be making a dramatic difference on an even bigger scale.
