I have nothing but great things to say about the BC Bike Race crew. Last night, they hosted a BBQ at Spanish Banks – mandatory white attire for Bocce purposes. What an amazing community of inspiring people. Same group as the Yeti Snowshoe Series as well. Just as one season ends, another amazing adventure season of fun on big floppy shoes begins. I’m so glad to have stumbled upon these guys throughout my adventures!
Since I wouldn’t miss out on next years event for the world, I’ve decided to create an opportunity that scares me. That I know I will love. Guess who’s going to be teaching yoga at BC Bike Race next year? You betcha – yours truly! The plans are already in the works. Why not do something that scares the crap out of me!?! Something that I love that I know will make such a difference in so many people’s lives. My yoga teacher training couldn’t come soon enough. “We learn to do something by doing it. There is no other way” – well said John Holt.
Stay tuned for SMYH’s next inspiring challenge. This time around, it’s not a clean eating challenge but rather a Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity. A journey of Spiritual growth and personal development. Have you heard of The Artist’s Way?? If not, don’t fret it. You soon will be hearing about it a lot. Josie and I at lululemon will be encouraging people to join in with us. It’s a 12 week process in discovering and recovering your creative self. Sounds like something I’d be all over – hence, we’re doing it together. More info to come, but get ready to dive on into your creative self, inspiring people along the way. Man, life is so good!!
Smile with your heart!
A little snip-it quote from The Artist’s Way of a page I randomly opened to: “Go Confidently in the direction of your dreams! Live the life you’ve imagined. As you simplify your life, the laws of the universe will be simpler”– Henry David Throreau (check out the bottom left hand corner of my blog – meant to be you think?!!)
