Happy New Year!!! What a great feeling to know that we have a fresh new start, a fresh new canvas to create
anything we want on it!! I know my canvas is going to be a lot more colorful this year than last. I woke up this morning feeling really good. To take on this year. I started by writing my goals out that I want to accomplish this year. On the next page of my journal I
wrote out all that I accomplished and was proud of for achieving in 2010. At first this was kind of hard, but then the pen just started rolling and the list got longer and longer. It’s easy to forget the things we are so proud of. We deserve a pat on our own backs when
we do something great. That’s what this trip is for me, a reward for finishing nursing school! That was a tough one that almost didn’t happen on numerous occasions.
If you can find some time today, write down a few goals you have for this fresh new year.
Also write down what you have accomplished and feel good about from 2010. It’s a neat thing to do, because at the end of the year when you look back at that list of goals, you will be so shocked at how many of them actually happened. You will also most liked be shocked
at how these goals led you down such a feel good, positive, motivating path. Following your heart!!
Melissa and I have set up camp in a town called Dunsborough, which is about 20 minutes from Margaret River. This place is exactly what we wanted. It’s close to the beach, yoga, healthy eats, grocery store, running routes, and sun set is right outside who can take us to all of the surfing destinations!! Life is calm and good. I’m looking forward to just
sitting still for a while. This is hard for me to do! I forgot to mention what happened at the coffee shop our new friends told us to go to. I went next door to the travel store and picked up a brochure I wanted for my vision board. When I opened it up, the picture inside was already smack dab in the middle of my VB at home. Weird!! And today on the beach I visualized a kangaroo on the beach coming up to me ( like a picture that is as well on my VB) and crazy enough within about 10 minutes Gertrude, the dog who almost resembled a roo, came up to me and sat with me for almost 10 minutes. It’s amazing what happens when you just put it out there!! I’m attracting a guitar tomorrow. It’s been too long since I’ve played one!! Dream big! Believe you will have it! Attract what you want, and then relax in order to receive. Life is good!
Smile with your heart!
I’m obviously having some trouble blogging from my iPhone! Gonna head to an Internet cafe tomorrow and hopefully upload some pics. I didn’t know how much I like taking pictures until I actually got a good camera!! Thank you to my wonderful friend Mike who gave me this for my trip!
