I can’t tell you enough how much yoga has CHANGED my life :) I have only been practicing for about 6 months now, and by no means can I call myself a “yogi”, but I sure try to be!!! and it feels AMAZING!!! How have I changed you’re wondering?? I feel that yoga is a constant reminder to live and breathe in the present moment. This is the only moment that we have… not tomorrow, not next week, but NOW! I feel completely connected to my self, and therefore am able to better understand everyone around me. I FEEL amazing in my body more than I ever have, and I haven’t let school get to me in a loooong time… that is almost unheard of for a nursing student!!! So my recommendation to YOU! is to give your self a gift and try a class.. it will be challenging at first, like anything new, but TRUST ME… you will LOVE the benefits it brings to EVERY aspect of you life :)
Here’s a pic of me and Laura in Costa Rica at a yoga retreat… changed my life :) My challenge this week is to do 7 yoga class in 7 days… who says it needs to be 30 days??! i like 7 :)
